Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Currently, Aura Privé ships exclusively to addresses within the United States

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Aura Privé is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Aura Privé is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
