Aura Privé Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Aura Privé, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in our meticulously crafted car diffusers and want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully:
1. Our Commitment to Quality
All Aura Privé car diffusers undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for items due to a change of mind, provided they meet the following strict conditions: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging (including all original tags and accessories). The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Aura Privé reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and the integrity of our fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any diffusers that have been opened, used, or show signs of being tilted/activated. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on: Gift cards Sale items or products marked as "Final Sale"
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support team at info@aurapriveofficial.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. * For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product and its packaging. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
5. Return Shipping
For Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Aura Privé will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
6. Refunds & Processing
- nce your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. * Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for your desired product.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aurapriveofficial.com
